I have decades of experience with preeminent law firms where I represented large corporations and other significant public and private employers in all aspects of employment law, including litigating numerous federal and state court employment cases. Now that I have moved on from “big law,“ my management side work has shifted from large corporations to mid-size and smaller companies that often lack a team of HR specialists at their disposal and are looking for practical and legal support in navigating the ever-evolving legal landscape. I enjoy collaborating with management teams to meet their unique needs and problem solve. In addition to management side work, I now handle select employee-side employment litigation matters. My employee-side work primarily focuses on unlawful discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases against organizations with deeply entrenched cultures and practices designed to protect, if not encourage, those who engage in such prohibited conduct.
