Visionstream provides telecommunications and ICT services across Australia and New Zealand, focused on design, construction, operations and maintenance for carriers, government, channel partners and enterprise industry segments.I am currently employed by Visionstream to assist a national manager and team of project managers to organise and manage the installation of telecommunication networks around Australia. Providing a high level of support I am also responsible for obtaining information from and liaising with a number of departments such as project designers, finance and database team-leaders, as well as external departments such as government bodies, Indigenous groups, roads departments, private land owners and various councils.

St Kilda Youth Service (SKYS), are specialists in engaging young people with complex needs through their young person centered approach. They're a proud innovative, entrepreneurial not-for-profit organisation.SKYS offer specialised education, youth engagement, housing and social service programs, and also run two social enterprises which young people can gain the opportunity to be employed with; HEAT Catering (a catering enterprise) and Blue SKYS Media (a graphic design enterprise).They have successfully built their programs through creative coalitions with different sectors including business, philanthropy, government, education, police and other health and welfare agencies.At SKYS I was responsible for facilitating and engaging groups of young people with complex needs, building strong rapport with the clients, employees, supporters and volunteers in the agency, developed lesson plans for classes and wrote reports based on those lessons.I also conducted intake interviews for new clients, performed program evaluation within guidelines of legislation and gained a comprehensive understanding and experience with online welfare databases.
