I embarked on my professional journey in digital marketing, gaining knowledge, skills and acumen in the field. Transitioning from digital marketing, I then managed the marketing, communications and community engagement for a Corporate wellbeing online platform. ​ Peter and I co-founded Real Purpose in September 2023, a not-for-profit social enterprise in Leicestershire, helping people improve their mental, social and economic health by supporting them into purposeful and sustainable employment, volunteering or learning. My experience has shaped my role at Real Purpose, where as well as Director, I am also responsible for marketing and communications, aiming to amplify the organisation's reach, as well as client engagement and recruitment, ensuring we provide the best service possible. Real Purpose has been commissioned by the Leicestershire County Council to run the Leicestershire Employment and Skills Programme from January - December 2024 and are currently in discussions around future funding.
