CurrentI was navigating through the difficulties of a late ADHD diagnosis when my flatmate moved in, who had been diagnosed just a couple of months before, together we searched for a community in Liverpool so that we could discuss and share our unique ADHD experiences, as we had no luck finding an active group we decided to start our own. We now have a community of over 700 in Merseyside and run monthly socials to connect other adults with ADHD.Our social events give adults with ADHD the opportunity to meet like-minded people in a safe space where they can unmask.
