Hi I'm Jess 👋I have a passion for helping others find their dream job and work with the best clients in the business who I know offer a supportive, collaborative and career progressing environments within the accounting space. After spending 9 years with ANZ in a number of roles from Personal Banker through to Branch Manager and Team Manager within the contact centre I took the leap into business ownership with a couple of Mexican franchises in Auckland in 2019 before joining the amazing team at Bureau as a Partner in Recruitment. I have a unique lens in understanding what makes people tick and what environments they will thrive in through my leadership experience and running big teams in the Bank and my own businesses. As a business owner I understand what its like facing hiring shortages and the costly mistake of taking on the wrong person!
