I have been in the hospitality and food & beverage industry for 10+ years and through this experience and knowledge I gained, I provide exceptional customer service. I have worked in the hotel industry as a front desk receptionist to an event manager assistant to finally the Executive assistant to a General Manager to a hotel. I switched gears towards the food and beverage industry by establishing myself in service roles in restaurants such as, host, back server, server to management very quickly. I managed the floor of a popular and sophisticated restaurant in Cambridge, MA for several years. I then managed a popular kitchen and music venue in Cambridge, MA. Finally, I have been a manager of a specialty food market in Davis Square, Somerville, MA for the past five years where I have gained an exorbitant amount of knowledge in several areas.
