Manage the young adult collection, including fiction, nonfiction, audio, and graphic novels. Plan and implement programming and services designed to meet the needs of teens in grades 6-12. Assist teens with disabilities, ranging in age from 13-23, participate in weekly activities. Foster the development of social skills including verbal communication and sportsmanship. Monitor group behavior and provide intervention as needed.

Provide circulation services, reference services, and programming. Planned and implement weekly story times, a biweekly Book Trailer Workshop for teens, and virtually hosted a marine biologist from the Mission 31 Team.Assisted in any additional programs scheduled during my shift. During my time at Mystic & Noank Library, I also maintained the libraries patron computers, provided technical assistance to patrons, selected appropriate websites for the children's computers, as well as created a new desktop background for the children's computers.
