Beeli is a newsletter geared toward families who travel and providing resources to fill a whitespace need in the market. In pursuit of a round of funding to expand their vision to an app, I worked with a team of UX Designers to create initial flows and outlook of the experience. In my role as the project manager, I was responsible for prioritizing the team to meet deliverables, integrating client feedback in realt time, in addition to coordinating and coaching the team on presentation skills.

Aeropostale was a a collaborative environment where innovation was encouraged. It was during a time of experimentation with different brands and labels that I was able to develop & deliver a balanced assortment of core table tees. The 8 fabrics across 11 fit blocks I delivered addressed innovation in style & fabric while overdelivering to the target 50% gross margin goal.- Leveraged a deep understanding of design principles and consumer insights to develop compelling assortments for multiple labels while maintaining brand cohesion and integrity- Identified and prioritized whitespace opportunities along with anniversary programs to support lightweight knits business ($175m annual retail sales)
