Manages day-to-day accounting transactions including accounts payable processing, reconciles fixed assets, benefit payments and financial accounts, prepares monthly management reports and periodic tax schedules, and produces payroll for Network staff. Also prepares detailed reports for auditors and supports CFO in preparation of budgets, reports for Board Members, and special assignments related to supporting the network of SeriousFun Camps in the USA, Africa, Asia, Europe, South America, the Middle East and the Carribean. Responsibilities ·Processes all invoices, expense reports, benefits payments and grant requests following organization policies and procedures ·Maintain all vendor records including all required tax documents ·Prepare “PBC” requests for auditors as assigned ·Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reconciliations, schedules, and assists in preparation of state and Federal agency filings including tax returns ·Supports budget preparation and produces monthly analysis of departmental performance ·Processes payroll through ADP, maintains benefit and tax forms for employees, and enters expenses into general ledger ·Conducts special studies for management team and recommends solutions to streamline accounting processes ·Maintains current awareness of changing tax, benefits and accounting regulations ·Reconciles revenue accounts on a monthly basis with the general ledger
