Recruiting Manager
Current- Recruiting engineers and engineering support personnel for contract staffing and permanent positions.- Review resumes and summarize candidates experiences to enter into proprietary company applicant tracking system.- Discuss positions with candidates and update database with their preferences for positions.- Write advertisements for job openings using AkkenCloud, CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Use the AkkenCloud to post to our company website.- Responsible for administration of the AkkenCloud for managing company job openings and recruiting candidates.- Review applicants from job opening advertisements and forward to recruiters for the best matches.- Create and present PowerPoint seminars for job searches, contract position interviews and permanent position interviews that cover resume writing, interviewing, salary negotiating and contract vs. direct positions.- Research companies, employment opportunities and generate leads for account executives using internet resources.- Team member who researched, evaluated and chose an ATS / CRM relational database to replace the current proprietary in-house database. Attended web meetings and trialed SaaS packages.- Team member who researched, evaluated and chose LinkedIn Recruiter to assist in contacting and placing the best talent for our Engineering and Scientific openings.- Train team members to utilize LinkedIn Recruiter in the most efficient manner, creating saved searches and projects to contact and find candidates to submit for our current job openings.- Created and maintain LinkedIn company page for job postings, company updates and article sharing.- Harvest engineering candidates' resumes for positions from Monster, CareerBuilder and our company website.- Summarize candidates skills into AkkenCloud to allow for future recruiting for job openings.- Contact by phone or email to vet candidates for job openings.
