About Jessa Mel Entuna
I have a bachelors degree in International Hospitality Management major in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Operations. I was given an honorable mention when I graduated. I started working in the food industry right after graduation. I was first employed as a manager trainee at McDonald's and then later got promoted as Assistant Manager. I was in charge of the Food Safety management at the store where I maintain food safety and quality of the products based on the international food standard being implemented by the company. I am also responsible for people management. I make sure all training are being done and evaluated.My second work experience is at a Chinese restaurant as a Shift Supervisor. I am also in-charge of the food safety management at the store. Making sure all food safety standards are being followed inside the restaurant. I am also responsible with the hiring, training, and re-training of old and new staff. One of my responsibilities is marketing management where I create new promos and think new ways on how to promote the store and increase sales.
