In 2022, Jessa Menes started her career as a social media manager, which she considers as a significant transformation in her life and objectives. She worked as a production operator for more than 8 years, spending 12 hours a day handling a manufacturing company equipment. She has only ever seen this as a reason to get out of bed in the course of her existence. But then, a career change that opened up new and bigger opportunities became a game changer for her. From an introverted employee, she entered the BPO industry in 2021. A person who is never sociable started to engage in conversations with various people over the phone. She began to feel at ease communicating with others and speaking in English. She had acquired new skills and discovered her potential. For someone who is mostly a visionary, she believes that her presence still serves a greater purpose.Then came the training opportunity as a Social Media Manager provided by the Local Government and the Department of Information and Technology. Being a forward-thinking person, she seized this opportunity to gain a new skill set that would be very beneficial to her. She was able to complete the training and started using her newfound skills. Since she really has a passion for discovering new things and is always eager to learn, she considered the training as the beginning of a longer yet rewarding journey. She aims to gain more knowledge and raise her standards both personally and professionally in order to maximize her abilities. As she herself is bold, she aims to experience taking risks with people to discover new things and start innovating. She is a person who enjoys traveling so she really wants to work with people in the travel industry who wants to innovate and be creative to be exceptional. With all the entrepreneurial endeavors available in the online industry, she is confident that with a positive outlook and drive for success, she would help clients achieve their goals while also allowing them to enjoy life. Now, she continues to prove that you can never go wrong with someone who believes that it is never too late to discover something new and invent surprising solutions.
