With over 12 years of experience in the healthcare sector, I have provided administrative support to various departments at Collingwood General and Marine Hospital. As an administrative assistant in the Health Information Systems department, I've contributed to the implementation and maintenance of the electronic health record system, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance, specifically in regard to ROI. I have also worked as an administrative assistant in Diagnostic Imaging and the Operating Room, supporting the clinical staff and patients with scheduling, registration, and documentation. As an administrative support clerk in the Staffing and Scheduling department, I coordinated and communicated the daily staffing needs and changes, optimizing efficiency and quality of care.
