Outer Banks Forever, a branch of Eastern National, is a new initiative that will provide philanthropic support, enhance education programs, and serve as a partnership hub for the Outer Banks national parks - Cape Hatteras National Seashore, Wright Brothers National Memorial, and Fort Raleigh National Historic Site.
