I started on a shoe string and grew the organization into a multimillion dollar contracting business. We served customers in the commercial sector specializing in build outs and tenant renovations in the $200k-$1M niche. Our mission was to provide value to our clients by bringing their vision into reality by providing resources, management, and insight. Through dependability, customer service, attention to detail and true value engineering, the organization grew primarily through referrals and repeat clients.My responsibilities started from selling the work and performing labor in the very early days, to selling projects and overseeing project managers by the late 90’s. By the year 2000, my role was operations manager.
