I am a dedicated Technical Support representative well-versed in software, hardware, networking, MSP, and Software-as-a-Service solutions, with experience in web based, email based, phone center and face-to-face support in corporate, retail and startup environments. I have experience managing small teams on extended projects, deployment of networking, data storage, telecommunications, and management hardware and software platforms, and excel at learning and deploying new solutions. A born fixer, I can always make it work, no matter what "it" may be, even if that means learning from scratch. I can speak as easily with other network technicians as I can with elderly clients using their first iPads.
