It included visiting offices and chatting to students about whatever they wanted to talk about in English which taught me about life in Mexico, women's rights.

Volunteered with the street kids and working kids in Xalapa. This included games to teach them about children's rights, and just generally having some food and fun before they headed to work in the evenings. It taught me about children's rights and labour rights, but also building relationships, trust and cross cultural and cross generational communications.
