- Collaborated with industry leaders to create the Inaugural Super Sprint Weekend, America’s Triathlon Championships and NCAA National Qualifier for national and international elite youth athletes, 120+ competitors from all over the globe.- Recruited, developed and mobilized volunteers and support staff for pre-race, race day and post-race events. - Directed pre-race events, race-day operations and support services from start to finish; partnered with city, state and park officials to secure required permits; forged relationships with local businesses to provide marketing materials, signage, staff gear, athlete swag and staff credentials.

Review and approve payroll for all tutors. - Generate and deliver interactive academic advising workshops, panel discussions, and onboarding sessions that engage the campus in ongoing conversations regarding academic success, yielding 95% student participation during 2021 – 2022.- Foster relationships with multiple vendors, organize their campus presentations and negotiate significant discounts on products necessary for students to pass rigorous coursework, prepare for licensure exams and match into residencies.- Lead initiative to implement a student success management system that unites students, administrators, advisors, faculty and other staff while providing real time data for all students, causing higher efficacy of student appointments, identifying at-risk students early so at-risk protocols can be initiated in a timely manner to help students persist to graduation.- Formulate individualized study plans for 1st, 2nd and 3rd year medical school students to assist them in passing courses and licensing exams, resulting in 100% of students matching into a residency program; number 1 in the nation.

- Secured and analyzed complex financial data, reviewed loan applications and guided customers through the refinancing process.- Worked with loan processors, servicers and underwriters to deliver the best mortgage loan package to clients. - Maintained a pipeline of 40+ loans at any given time, closed 35 loans and contributed $12M to loan departments overall pipeline in one year.

- Interviewed, hired, trained and supervised 200+ Guest Services employees for day-to-day operations at the Vivint Smart Home Arena, Smith’s Ballpark and Utah Stars home court.- Developed 3-day training program for all guest services staff after a major hiring blitz to roll out new initiatives, cross-train employees on all positions in the department, and recognize stellar staff.- Managed payroll and scheduling for 200+ part-time staff, ensured all staffing needs were met when multiple events occurred simultaneously, pivoted guest services staff to cover vacant public safety positions as needed.- Worked collaboratively with the front office, ticketing sales, events team, building operations and public safety for all games and events to ensure superior guest experience.- Tracked guest incidents via guest services and public safety staff, text line and real time survey responses; acted quickly to de-escalate and resolve incidents in a friendly and professional manner, resulting in 91% CSAT score for the Guest Services department.

- Served as Assistant Director for Community Education and Academic Enrichment programs: Community Education, Summer Experience, Community on the Go, Road Creek Inn, Community Professional Development- Direct Community Education program, created 45+ diverse courses to serve local community members- Coordinated and managed the Cedar Music Fest, Cedar City’s newest festival in historic downtown with an estimated 2,500 attendees and generated $3,000+ revenue- Created key partnerships with several entities on and off-campus to create effective programming that enhanced community and campus educational opportunities- Oversaw creation of the Summer Experience Program designed to bring more tourism to Cedar City and create revenue for all invested parties- Managed Road Creek Inn, SUU's Field Camp used to promote experiential learning for SUU students. - Oversaw Rural Health Scholars programs at Southern Utah University, Dixie State University, Snow College, and Utah State University-Eastern, taught university courses for pre-health students ranging from 20-170 students per class. Managed online classroom tools, graded and provided feedback about student assignments.- Developed, planned, and coordinated projects to interest students in health careers and prepare for health professions training. Managed program growth from 400 to 600 students in 2 years.- Lead week-long service trips for students to domestic and international locations to provide humanitarian aid and donated thousands of dollars in medications, clothing, toys and feminine hygiene kits to local organizations and communities.

- Advised 450+ students in both academic and career planning, educated students about university resources and graduation requirements. Nurtured struggling and at-risk students to help them find success in and outside of the classroom.- Actively engaged in University retention initiatives and surpassed goals by 20% every year; participated in active retention techniques specifically targeting sophomore students to help them graduate; graduation rates increased above the national average from 69.9% to 73.3% in 2 years.
