CurrentOnboarding & Compliance Support- phone & email support for issues related to fraud, user vetting, compliance, security and legal documents Training /Continuous Learning initiatives: - Onboarding Trainer: instructionaldesign; instructor led training for new team members - Buddy Program Project Lead: onboarding agenda creation, nesting, mentoring and coaching for new hires, documentation updates, knowledge assessment creation and updates - Runbook Checklists: creation and updating of checklists to summarize the steps of our ticket-handling process for each use case Employee Engagement initiatives:- Social Event Committee Project Lead - planning and executing of social meetings to promote engagement between LATAM, NAMER, EMEA and APAC teams.- former Colombia Hub Council member - Events Committee: planning and executing of social events for the Colombia-based employees
