As a Sr. QA Automation Engineer, I am responsible for test strategy and planning. I facilitate the team planning sessions through asking questions to help clarify understanding, and help to implement strategies based on levels of precision. I collaborate with developers during application development to ensure key business requirements are met during testing and beyond. I am also responsible for identifying which tests should be automated vs. tested manually during each project.

I am the Lead QA Tester on an agile application development team using the Scrum method. I translate business and functional requirements to create test documentation (e.g., user stories, scripts) and assist with identifying and resolving defects within the application. I provide continuous feedback to programmers and the product owner to ensure high quality implementation of functional requirements.

Helped to convert the Community Bank Organization Examiner Commissioning Program into a modernized format. In 2015, I was part of the original group that established the Shared Services Office, where I was responsible for all technical support of the FRS learning management system for all 12 Reserve Banks and the Board of Governors. I also administered the SharePoint sites for all programs.
