I joined the executive business recruiting team full time as an internal-only recruiter and project manager. I closed 9 internal-only reqs and I worked and worked on projects around process, efficiencies and operations.

This was a 6 month bungee designed to help on critical work aligned to executive hiring in GBO. I handled the internal-only requisitions for the executive business recruiting team and closed 10 reqs. I also maintained our req/candidate team tracker and our portion of the global executive team tracker. Finally, I created and managed the team Sharepoint site.

This was a stretch assignment that I dedicated 25% of my time to every week while maintaining my recruiting coordinator role. I joined the Innovation & Solutions PM team and was mentored by 2 members of the team (shoutout Gianna & Celina!) They taught me the ins and outs of project management, let me attend their weekly team project meetings and held a one hour weekly session for me to pick their brains. From September-March, I was able to plan and execute my own project to find the best PM tool for the I&S org. I spent ~115 hours meeting with vendors, working on deliverables, watching demo's, comparing all of the tools, and working on the proposal.
