As a Cake Decorator, the primary duties include decorating cakes and other baked items for customers to enjoy. The use of freehand decorating skills as well as decoration kits and tools to prepare a variety of high- quality baked items. Ensure that all products meet the highest quality, freshness, and food safety standards. Assist customers by taking and preparing special orders in person and on the telephone. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements throughout your daily work. Assist with cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, tools, and equipment.

Respond with a sense of urgency and respect to ensure friendly and helpful service for every customer. Process customer transactions throughout the store such as at cash registers, cutting counters, and/or custom business areas. Manages freight receiving, processing and stocking functions according to operational standards.Ensures receiving team maintains backroom standards. Ensures team executes all plan-o-grams and follows the Master Planning Calendar. Supports teamwork and collaboration with store leaders and other Team Members.
