Grapevine exists to help people experiencing isolation, poverty and disadvantage in Coventry and Warwickshire. I Co-Chair the Board at Grapevine to support the organisation to embed its values and its magic at every level, ensuring equity and inclusion and building our vision of a better services and social change.

Lankelly Chase is an independent charitable foundation.Over the next five years, we will dismantle and close Lankelly Chase. We will relinquish control of our assets, including the endowment and all resources, so that money can flow freely to those doing life-affirming social justice work. We will make space to reimagine how wealth, capital and social justice can co-exist in the service of all life, now and for future generations.

Lankelly Chase is focused on justice, not charity. We connect, support and fund people, organisations and networks that are seeking to disrupt unhealthy patterns or to create new patterns that transform and heal. We support work that unites all those who can contribute to change from people with direct experience, policy makers, journalists, frontline workers and activists.I was part of Lankelly Chase's leadership team, joining initially as their first Social Innovation Director before refocussing the portfolio on shifting power in systems. Latterly I held the Deputy CEO role.

In 2014 I have been seconded from UnLtd to the Social Investment and Finance Team at the Cabinet Office, looking at social investment into early-stage social ventures. I am particularly focussing on the role that social business angels might play in the social investment market.

UnLtd is the leading provider of support to social entrepreneurs in the UK and offers the largest such network in the world. UnLtd supports individuals who have their ventures firmly rooted in delivering positive social change. Working with the Ventures team, I support ambitious social entrepreneurs seeking investment to grow their organisations and their social impact. I led the outreach for the Big Venture Challenge, seeking social ventures to join the programme, developing our reach across the UK and working on our policy and communications.

St. Augustine's High School is a mixed comprehensive secondary school in Kilburn, North London. As an associate member of the Governing Body and the Finance and Curriculum committees, I have particular responsibilities for the schools' financial management and curriculum development.

Future First is a social venture working across the UK to empower young people who are at or have recently studied at a state school. Future First works with schools to build networks of former students to advise, inform and inspire current students about their future prospects. Future First works with schools to create individually tailored, community-based answers to the challenges that face young people as they enter the job market.
