Conducting an Impact improvement audit at Aerial, with a primary objective of organising all existing initiatives, ensuring that each project receives the necessary funding and resources.In addition, I was responsible for managing the G-FORCE Entrepreneur Program, implementing SOPs, and attracting new members and sponsors for the non-profit and mastermind group through media and in-person outreach. Compiling impact reports for each entity, including the relevant KPIs, to ensure measurement of the effectiveness of each initiative and to highlight the impact of the mastermind's Force for Good Entrepreneurs.I used my network to source and facilitate guests and speakers for Elevate Summits that occur on island in the British Virgin Islands at The Aerial. Along with organising and running the events, I was able to connect with guests to guide them towards other programs and retreats within the organisation that align with their purpose. While developing improved impact, I worked with local organisations to support their initiatives, along with our own Non-Profit, Aerial Recovery and it's Heal the Heroes initiative.My aim in this Impact consulting role was to amplify Aerial's impact as a force for good company, align their values with their investments, and ensure that their initiatives are making a positive difference in the world.
