As Account Director at Gupta Media, she has spent the past 12 years wearing many hats at the Boston-based ad agency. With a portfolio of skills ranging from team leadership to data analysis and visualization to project management, Jess has helped scale the business from scrappy start-up to 60-person powerhouse. She leads a team of campaign managers and oversees some of the agency’s largest clients, including Disney Music Group, Red Bull, and Sony UK.Jess understands that in an industry powered by data, art is just as important as science, and relationships are just as important as results. A true believer that “the only thing that is constant is change,” Jess prides herself on her adaptability and calm under pressure.Jess obtained her B.A. from Boston University, where she studied Psychology, Advertising, and Statistics.
