Prior to joining LHD Retirement in 2014, Jess started his career as a Portfolio Manager for an independent registered investment advisory firm, where he focused on macro research of the international equity markets and contributed to the firm’s investment committee.Jess believes in constantly trying to better one’s skills and resources. In his role with LHD Retirement, he is often challenged to come up with comprehensive strategies that fit particular financial needs. Additionally, he is continuing his education in an effort to continue to better himself as a professional.Jess earned a BA in English, with a French minor, from Ball State University.
