About Jesse Back
I'm currently working at JPMorgan Chase as a Level 2 technician. I assist our L1 team with escalations and answers to technical questions. I began as an L1 tech for bankers in May 2021. In December 2021 I transferred to a new help desk strictly to assist Chase Advisors. By May 2022 I was promoted to L2 due to my performance. I was taking in more chats and calls and resolving twice as many tickets as any other L1 tech. As an L2 I have access to many applications that L1's do not have and have been granted High Security Access Clearance at Chase. I continue to educate myself on a daily basis in order to refine my abilities and widen my skill set. I recently earned my Comptia A+ Certification. Next, I'm going to get my Comptia Network+ Certification.Programming Languages I've studied:- HTML & CSS- Javascript- Java- C#- Python- SQLAs an L2 tech I've:• Utilized Active Directory, command line, RDP, Airwatch, Symphony, Praesto, and other tools• Utilized problem solving skills to troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues• Assisted users with troubleshooting Windows 10, Windows 7, Mac, Linux platforms, iPhones, iPads, Android devices, thin clients, printers, among others• Utilized ServiceNow ticketing system to document incidents and reference and link proper knowledge articles• Worked in conjunction with other IT teams to resolve multifaceted issues
