Conduct assessment/soil removal/remediation of oil spill contamination; sample/conduct field tests on soil, water and air samples; water supply/wastewater treatment operation and maintenance; assist in septic inspections: wetland delineations and permitting.

Researched alternative wastewater treatment technologies and compiled a literature review for journal articles. Other duties included monitoring/maintaining a phytoremediation project: health of plants and irrigation system, collection of samples and processing for analysis, constructing an Excel spreadsheet of project activities. I was also assigned as a part time AWS intern with the Falmouth Eco-toilet Demonstration Project. Duties included research of composting toilets, including permitting, tax credit and manufacturing information and contacting manufacturers. I also arranged to have an information table set up at a local music festival.

Lead crews of 2-10, heavy machine operator, all aspects of construction/maintenance, customer relations. Duties include delegation of work and supervise progress; speaking with clients to assure satisfaction with work performed; designated as ‘competent person’ and responsible for maintaining OSHA standards.
