In the process, I learned how to lead a team and use data analysis and market research to make decisions.Eventually, I became the CEO. In this role, I am responsible for the company's overall sales performance and business development. I work with the company's top management to develop sales strategies and plans, and lead the sales team to achieve sales goals. I also work closely with the supply chain, marketing and product teams to ensure we deliver high quality products and services to meet customer needs.
