Used Microsoft Excel and StarRez to track conference lodging of on-campus conferences with up to 700 occupants. Supervised a team of 20 desk clerks to provide exceptional customer service and complete various projects in dorms across campus Proactively met the needs of my desk clerks and conference occupants with exceptional customer service. This included being on a 24-hour on-call rotation to respond to requests and emergencies.
