Over the last 8+ years I have been working and developing at an insane pace while I worked at Shopify. Starting in customer service when the company was private as an advisor, I built all the way up to a Business Intelligence Analyst serving over 3000 employees and stakeholders across senior leadership. Research, comprehensive reporting, statistical analysis, stakeholder management, project management - all aspects of improving our merchant experience and internal operations were within my domain.My time there focused on influencing and guiding business leaders across the company in making data informed decisions from all of our sources - internally through our Data or from what our Merchants were telling us in Support.
