For the past 12 years in the Solar PV industry, I have been an integral part of the core R&D team at Solon (PV module OEM) and executive team at Bay4 Energy (recently acquired by NAES Corporation). Since 2015, I have been developing the services for, and leading / growing our Engineering & Research team which offers Independent Engineering services for PV system owners. A high-level summary of my proficient experience includes QA/QC, RCA, and remediation development for solar PV plants (1MW to 300+MW range), PV manufacturing QA/QC, R&D for new PV products, Independent Engineering program development, 3rd party product qualifying and testing, project management, and business development.I have managed or led the engineering team operations, development of service offerings, proposals and pricing, standard operating procedures, and training for the past 8 years, and have track record of problem solving a litany of challenges for many PV system owners.
