I have pivoted into an IT career as a technician, and I have proven I can learn things quickly, so I'm open to positions I can grow into. So far in the last 18 months I have completed the Comp TIA CSIS (A+, Network+, Security+) after completing the ITF+. I am currently studying for SC series and CCNA (and other Cisco/Microsoft Certs) using SBT along with TryHackMe.I am interested in various technical roles including Network/System Admin. I am very open to remote work and seek to specialize cybersecurity later. I'm highly interested in SOC Analyst (later manager) and Digital Forensics, but also GRC. *History and other skills:I have opened a consulting business, regarding security and safety aspect, with the goal of helping persons and businesses operate safer, and choose better security options. I have had various customer/client service roles since 2004 (20 years). I am working on completing FAA Part 107 certification regarding drone work. I am considering civil investigations, including PI work. Currently I have a decade of security-related experience, holding a Guard Card, Firearm Permit (9mm), O.C./Pepper Spray and Baton Permit through the California DCA BSIS. I completed an AS Transfer degree in Administration of Justice (Criminology and Law-Enforcement focus). I also learned a lot of business, administration and management aspects. I hold a BS in Criminology- Law Enforcement option at California State University of Fresno.
