Responsible for all aspects of standard scheduling functions, including but not limited to, schedule development, administration, maintenance, progressing, reporting, benchmarking and interactions with the following teams: Project and/or Turnaround Planning, Contractor Scheduling Resources, and Strategic Implementation Planning. • Monitor all schedulers in development of personal, business, and scheduling skills.• Reviews the 3rd party scheduling resources to ensure the staffing plan meets the demand and communicates the effectiveness of that plan.• Help support the Third Party Site Provider Lead with onboarding of new schedulers and supporting site scheduling.

• Support senior scheduling staff, the project team and stakeholders with time management and control.• Develop and update summary level as well as detailed schedules.• Develop lists of procurement, construction and post construction activities based on review of design documents, examination of site conditions and discussions with Owners, design consultants and contractors.• Identify major milestones, critical approvals and long lead procurement items.• Determine reasonable schedule logic and constraints based on discussion with task owners and/or teams.• Develop realistic activity durations based on production rates and available manpower based on discussion with task owners and/or teams.• Assign resources (cost, labor or material) to activities.• Evaluate critical and near critical path activity sequences.• Assess actual progress based on site inspections.• Identify schedule changes and trends.• Suggest corrective actions and/or develop recovery plans when delays are anticipated or occur.• Review contractor prepared schedules.
