-Develop and promote Wimsatt’s brand and recruiting strategies, managing recruiting efforts across the entire company.-Recruit the best talent across a spectrum of occupations, including: sales, delivery, warehousing, logistics, accounting and procurement.-Identify, manage, and measure the success of all recruiting channels, including the internet and social media.-Lists recruitment postings on internal and external job boards.-Creates engaging recruitment postings leveraging the strengths of the Wimsatt brand.-Responsible for the sourcing and interviewing of candidates for all Wimsatt locations. Interviewing methods to include phone, video conference and in person. Assists in the scheduling of 2nd, 3rd, and 4th interviews as needed.-Coordinates the completion of assessments for candidates.-Conducts background screening for candidates.-Presents offers to qualified candidates to meet recruiting goals, informing potential candidates of wages, compensation and benefit programs, as well as complete job descriptions.-Follows up with delivery candidates ensuring all required licensure is obtained prior to post offer physical.-Coordinates post offer physicals, launches onboarding through HRIS and communicates starting information to the candidate, hiring manager and Human Resources Department.-Sources passive candidates through multiple approaches including LinkedIn Recruiter.-Lead and coordinate college recruiting efforts, including key events and activities, particularly related to college.-Completes a weekly employment report, including recruiting activity, starts, and terminations, for senior leadership.-Focuses on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity.-Maintains a thorough understanding of each position in the company.-Conducts Exit Interviews with terminating employees.-Conducts compensation analysis for all positions periodically.-Assists in the development of an annual recruitment budget.

•Accountable for researching the objectives of new business clients to determine recruiting goals and employment services needed.•Reviewing database of more than 250,000 resumes to find most qualified applicants. •Responsible for recruiting High Level Candidates such as Engineers, Designers, Mechanics and Technicians. •Coordinate new hire process by conducting phone interviews, face-to-face interviews, and performing ongoing follow-up with candidates.•Extending employment offers, negotiating pay rates, conducting new hire orientation, and submitting candidate profiles to customers. •Continually perform ongoing follow-up with candidates, extending employment offers, negotiating pay rates.

My responsibilities included creating content for brochures and the website. I was also in charge of creating various marketing tools for tradeshows. I created a biweekly newsletter that would go out to a global audience. I also worked with outside marketing agencies to create corporate videos and a new style guide
