Goldline Electrical & Plumbing is a start-up company established as an SME Sole Proprietorship company sometime in 2014. My present position requires me to help organize the young enterprise' management system and organizational structure in order to prepare the same in handling its expanding clienteles. As its Interim Head of Communication, Some of my responsibilities are building its marketing scope, branding, reputational capital as well as HR and personnel training.

Head of Corporate Communication (& PR)1) Flesh out the profile of the “company behind the brand” (corporate branding);2) Develops initiatives that minimize discrepancies between the company’s desired identity and brand features;3) Indicate and assigns who should perform which tasks in the field of communications;4) Formulates and execute effective procedures in order to facilitate decision making about matters concerning communication;5) Mobilize internal and external support behind corporate objectives;6) Ensure that the company talk the same message to all of its stakeholders, in order to transmit coherence, credibility and ethic;7) Manages the publishing, editing, etc. of the company’s monthly newsletter;8) Handles and formulates crisis management in close coordination with the President & General Manager;9) Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assign by the CEO on a case to case basis.Human Resources & Development Manager1) Plan, organize and manage the day to day HR functions in compliance with corporate HR policies and procedures;2) Formulate recruitment, training, succession and development plans, and employee benefits;3) Ensure HR policies and procedures are disseminated and complied by all employees;4) Maintain up-to-date personal data file for employees and crew, and arranging for submission and processing of claims;5) Arrange staff recruitment for Line Managers and conducting new employee orientation for Managers and Executives;6) Prepare documentation relating to employment contracts, confirmation, promotion, termination, retirement, etc.7) (Optional) Apply to the Bureau of Immigration for employment and dependent passes for foreign employees and their families, prepare tax clearances and notify the Bureau of Internal Revenue of the cessation of employment of non-Filipino citizens;8) Any other duties and responsibilities that the CEO may assign on a case to case basis.
