Began career at Sitel as a level 1 technical support phone analyst before moving up over the years to a supervisor and eventually Operations Manager. As an Operations Manager for the outsourcing of technical support and Sales for Logitech, I managed teams of over 120 associates at any given time. Responsible for insuring the success of our organization through customer satisfaction and meeting clients needs. Mentored and trained new supervisors and managers. During my tenure as Operations Manager, our success allowed Sitel to acquire additional business opportunities from our clients and effectively doubled the size of our team to support the additional business. Won various company offered awards including employee, supervisor, and Operations Manager of the month multiple times. Responsible for monthly and quarterly business reviews, creating presentations and delivering before our clients to discuss successes and challenges geared towards how we can continue to improve.
