Perform daily cycle counts of inventory, Investigate and resolve inventory variances. Perform Monthly cycle counts of all loose company assets ( Empty Pallets, and shells). Maintain targeted day supply on all purchased items. Compare current inventory levels against weekly forecast and order product needed accordingly. Also inform upper sales department of any Forecast discrepancies to ensure we do not run out of product. Coordinate delivery dates and dock appointments to ensure constant flow of product. Avoiding out of stocks as well as overstocks.
