As part of my responsibilities, I provide advisory services to Local Capacity Builders (LCBs) and clients in strengthening organizational learning processes and general organizational development. My work also includes providing technical direction and advice on sanitation delivery approach including CLTS implementation, Behaviour change communication, credit for sanitation and sanitation marketing, developing networks, partnerships and good relations with SNV development partners, government institutions and the communities that SNV operates in by maintaining an. Aside the above, I am also supporting implementation of the WASH component of SNV's muiti-country Evidence Based Advocacy as the WASH Advisor.
