My responsibilities as a Manager at the Runners Forum include: - Training and Educating staff on product knowledge and store policies. - Creating a staff schedule. - Giving presentations to large groups both inside and outside the store. - Marketing via Facebook, and Instagram. - Contacting and creating long term relationships with coaches, podiatrists, gyms, etc.. - Organizing group runs with vendors to promote brand awareness. - Some buying of accessories. - In store merchandising of shoes, apparel, accessories, etc... - Customer sales, including gait analyses to insure proper fit of shoes. - Day to day operations of store, i.e. opening, closing, counting drawer, buying supplies, etc..
