CurrentWork in a small office environment resolving technical issues, ensuring an accurate payroll and editing surveillance footage to then be delivered to our clients in worker's compensation insurance. Have overhauled many practices and tools to better serve clients and improve office efficiency. Implemented a file sharing service for video delivery, reducing delivery time from three to five days to a matter of hours while simultaneously improving video quality from 480p to 1080p at no significant cost to the business Created a method in Excel to more easily facilitate payroll management. Documented its usage and systems so as to be both understandable and generalizable to others in the office which was a failing of the previous system which utilized Lotus 1-2-3. Recreated several excel sheets that had been locked by a previous employee. Various inputs were tested and from the outputs the underlying functions were deduced, recreated, and in some cases improved on. Created new templates for various office activities as well resulting in all office templates currently having been created by myself.
