Began selling roadside lemonade at age 7, started & developed a local recycling route that grew from zero to 40 customers by age 8. After a near kidnapping event, I changed directions and began learning about electronics which led to a lucrative car audio and accessories business in high school. During a job in the car audio field, I learned that I could make more money day trading in the stock market, and investing my proceeds into rehab real estate in my spare time. Several houses and plenty of drywall dust later it was time for a new adventure. At 22 my electronics and customer service background led me to purchase an Ignition Interlock company where in 2.5 years, we grew from a customer base of 200 to over 1,000 through great services and exceeding customer expectations. The company was sold and Jesse took a little break.... I have always loved real estate, so I decided to jump into real estate sales full time, right as the market began to tank.... 9 months later, time for a change. It was time for something new, so in 2008 we purchased Skagit Valley Signs and proceeded to develop new lines of business and nurture our growing customer base... gratefully, we were able to double revenue in the first year and have been growing, developing, and overcoming challenges since. We sold the sign business in 2016 and moved to Northern California for a new adventure. I have been able to pursue my love of real estate with property rehabs and rentals now for the past several years. I'm always looking and open to new challenges and opportunities that God brings in my life. Life is an adventure to be lived!
