- Helped secure >42,000-acre mineral lease package in the heart of past-producing "Alabama Graphite Belt "- Supervised all mineral exploration activities on the properties including: surface mapping, channel sampling, trenching, sonic and diamond core drilling, geophysics, core logging and data base management that ultimately led to the positive PEA-level 43-101 compliant mineral resource. - On site manager in Alabama

- Developed Meadow Bay Gold's Western Knolls Drill Target by leading a massive soil and rock chip sampling program and then mapping out the resulting geochemical anomalies. I also helped plan and supervise the various geophysical surveys of the Western Knolls. - Full geotechnical duties to assist a simultaneous RC and diamond drill program (core cutting, core logging, RQD, core photos, QA/QC sampling, environmental reclamation) to update the Atlanta Mine resource estimate.

I studied and worked under the direction of Distinguished Professor and Director of the Tree-Ring Laboratory at the University of Arkansas, David Stahle. I was carefully trained as a dendrochronologist and specialized in mapping out remant old-growth forests and making centuries-long tree-ring chronologies for climate reconstruction using remnant ancient living trees and relic wood. I gained extensive experience in: 1) Managing successful field work campaigns in remote, rugged and harsh environments, 2) Managing research budgets, 3) Managing large data sets, 4) Managing field and lab assistants, 5) Presenting research effectively, whether at professional conferences or at special meetings with landowners, policy makers, or environmental/conservation groups, 6) Authored and coauthored numerous research articles in peer-reviewed journals
