My role as the Founder and CEO is to build and develop a scalable business model with a range of services that can interlink with one another, while growing the team we have across the world.It is my intention to be the most grounded CEO that I can, staying humble and logical in the directions of growth for KeepSpace as we embark on the growing trend of ecommerce with the much needed support that Australia needs for the community of Ecommerce and the correct mixture of physical and digital services that it requires. Leading or overseeing our current projects:- Multi-Warehouse management - Multi-warehouse software management - API development - UX/UI both physical and digital - Synergistic omni channel management between multiple shopfronts and market places and our software system.- Sales management and strategies- Financial Account Analysis, budget forecasting and tracking.- Policy management - Shareholder relations and communications- Public Marketing and communications.While we are a small team of 16 people I still play a multi role arrangement as we grow our team. It is my greatest honour to be able to be in this position to lead the amazing team at KeepSpace through all the turmoil and success along with being able to protect and grow backers belief in our vision we have here for KeepSpace as the bridge between nations to the best of my ability.
