Life-long computer nerd, ever since being taught programming in 4th grade. I cut my teeth in online communities back in the pre-internet age, by starting my own in high school.I've run my own small software development company since 2002. I've managed small and medium teams, working on some medium to large projects. My professional interests are working on important and interesting projects for people and orgs doing important and interesting work. I like working with smart and creative people, both as employees, and clients. I live in NYC with my wife and two kids. I split my personal time between family, and motorcycles – the latter being my other great nerdom.
