Experienced construction professional with a track record of successfullymanaging large-scale solar projects from start to completion, ensuring on timeand on-budget delivery, and leading teams to deliver high-quality results. I have trained hundreds of solar technicians.I have been employed with several solar companies in the past several years. I am anenvironmental earth science major from SUNY Brockport, NY. I trained in solar with awidely renowned environmentalist in Missouri, author and renewable expert andadvocate, Dan Chiras, Phd. My start in the solar industry was with residential and Isoon became involved in huge commercial projects where my knowledge expanded andchanged with the years and evolution of the industry. The company with which I gained most of myfirst hand training, I executed everything from the ground up, from excavation of the site tocompletion. That company was rated #1 in the state in 2020 for solar subcontractors and #36 in the country under my management. I have installed many different types of commercial arrays [one, a multi acre roof top commercial project] and can read and execute blueprints, determine needs, and advise in all areas of construction. I am driven to succeed for the company and my present goal is to move into site management/supervision. I can provide and anticipate needs and outcomes that many site managers often cannot, thereby being able to save time and money for the company. [I have found that many solar construction managers have not had hands on experience in solar construction. I can provide that advantage.] What I am most proud of is my leadership ability. I enjoy much respect from the men and [occasionally] women I supervise. I lead, and work hand and hand with my teams. I'm aware of diversity of skills and personalities and know how to make them work for the team.I am interested in historical projects as well. I have been engaged in a historical reclaiming of a CCC/POW site in my home town of Hamlin, since 2008. The project is still in progress and will soon be on the historical registry of NYS.Lastly, I am an outdoor person who enjoys snowmobiling, camping, golf, fishing and just about any outdoor challenge. I own my own home and work continually to develop and maintain what I own. I work hard and compete mostly with myself to be able to challenge and meet the challenges of men much younger than I am. I am very much into learning the mechanical functioning of machines and equipment. I have accepted and achieved the challenges of whatever has been placed in my charge.
