Before entering this field, I served as a Director with tech companies, where I built and managed customer support, account management, and operational teams. I’m passionate about being a supportive sounding board for my clients, offering both expert advice and a compassionate ear.Outside of work, I still play a bit of volleyball myself, but my new passion is coaching my youngest daughter’s club volleyball team, which allows me to spend amazing quality time with her.
