I have held a variety of positions ranging from Helpdesk team lead, to Manager of Command Center, to my current role leading Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Incident Command. I have headed up significant projects in training and development, tools and automation, continuous service improvement, and documentation with multiple companies all of which were implemented to allow my departments to be more effective.
