-I serve as the senior advisor in the Congressman’s home district-Oversee the operations and staff in Wisconsin which includes 3 different operating sites and 26 counties-Developed a team and operations that has been able to successfully meet the policy objectives of the Congressman. Created an office culture that met the mission of the Congressman that would be carried into the communities in our district -Visibility of office operations and effective communication assisted in establishing the Congressman’s reputation for accessibility and commitment to the constituents-Established networks in Wisconsin, Washington DC, Congressional offices throughout the United States and overseas

Wisconsin Faith and Freedom Coalition -We made over 500K voter contacts during the 2011 Recall election playing a pivotal role in turning out conservative voters.- We held a Presidential Kick-Off in Waukesha Wisconsin and we were the only organization that got all three Presidential candidates to attend.
