Sr. Scheduling Analyst
Manages the weekly schedule for two large assembly lines of Aircraft seating; Bombardier and Business-Jet (which includes a dynamic mix of customers, primarily Dassault, Gulfstream, private, military and aftermarket)Controls production A - Z in SAP, an enterprise resource management system, from initial-build of the seat to it's completion and shipment to the customerMonitors shortages for each order and assists in resolving them to complete the seatExamples of shortage mitigation includes issuing rework work orders for non-conforming components, managing product deviations with engineering, certification and quality, and working with procurement and internal manufacturing to prioritize their work and expedite critical and non-critical shortages. Acts as the liaison between many internal departments (Sales, procurement, quality control, engineering, production management, and Manufacturing) to support the assembly lines, and participates in daily meetingsUtilizes SAP (ERP), WinShuttle TeamCenter (engineering drawings and schematics), Excel and Outlook daily.
